“Out of the Chair” is my approach to creativity. Inspiration rarely comes when sitting at a computer; it jumps out at you from inside the Captain Crunch box or during a sleepless layover at JFK. A good designer catalogs these moments for use as ammunition in the ongoing battle against bad design.
